Work from home: Yoiu will be expected to come into the office from time-to-time, so must live in San Antonio area.
Due to extensive growth, the Human Resources is undergoing change management. They are seeking Human Resources Change Management Coordinator. This is a junior position for a person with 1-2 years of human resources, preferably interest in organizational development, change management, business process, process improvement..
Require:
- Support and coordinate change management process.
- Coordinate stakeholders to create a change impact analysis
- Coordinate training plans for management
- Assist management with training
- Create and edit documentation, presentations, processes
- Ensure complaince of local, state, and federal regulations and compliances
- Coordinate Onboarding Processes
- Strategic Planning, Planning Process, Human Resource Modeling
- Human Resources Policies & Procedures, Practices, Laws, and Governances
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
