Job Description: 

Requirements/Preferences:
  • 8 years, Required - (at least 2 years) Development experience with PeopleTools
  • 8 years, Required - (at least 2 years) Experience working with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher
  • 8 years, Required - (at least 2 years) Experience with an advanced Oracle database
  • 8 years, Required - Ability to read and interpret .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures.
  • 8 years, Required - (at least 2 years) Legacy to PeopleSoft complex data migrations
  • 4 years, Preferred - Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
  • 2 years, Preferred - Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
  • 2 years, Preferred - Experience with Jira
  • 1 years, Preferred - Experience working with the Scrum framework

8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and modifies the programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
  • Ensures that software can be completely integrated into the ERP system.
  • Coordinates software integration and maintains technical documentation.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to document and explain the legacy logic to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Standard SDLC tasks and other project tasks as needed. Depending on the project phase, some off-hours may be required.
The agency is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Financials developer for a critical migration project. This role’s primary responsibilities include analyzing the legacy system built on the .NET framework, reverse-engineering business logic, and extracting critical data, as well as standard PeopleSoft development.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central
This is currently a remote position; if it should become hybrid, on-site days will be negotiated.
