Performs advanced (senior-level) computer programming work.

• Work involves planning, analyzing, scheduling, coordinating and implementing programming projects; as well as providing technical assistance.
• This includes analysis, design, coding, testing, documenting, and implementing applications to support the various functional areas of the Texas Lottery & Charitable Bingo.
• Works in a manner that exemplifies and supports the agency’s core values of integrity, responsibility, innovation, fiscal accountability, customer responsiveness, teamwork, and excellence.  

Required Skills: 

• 8 years - Required, SQL or PL/SQL
• 8 years - Required, software version control experience
• 8 years - Required, developing and maintaining secure .NET public websites
• 8 years - Required, C#, ASP.NET (minimum 2 years .NET 8.0 and higher)
• 8 years - Required, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• 8 years - Required, developing system documentation

Preferred Skills: 

• 1 year, Preferred, Developing and maintaining Python batch scripts
• 1 year, Preferred, Experience with Agile methodology
• 1 year, Preferred, Experience with Syncfusion and Bold Reports for rich UI/UX development and reporting
• 1 year, Preferred, Experience integrating with Google and Apple authentication systems
• 1 year, Preferred, Experience with .NET LINQ (Language Integrated Query)
