Perform project management work as a member of Information Technology (IT) Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing one or more projects concurrently.

Work involves coordinating the initiation, planning, scheduling, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of assigned IT projects.

Follow the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing one or more projects.

Follow the agency’s Information Technology Handbook, standard operating procedures on the PMLC, review Gates, project management artifacts, and archiving.

Manage all aspects of a technology related project. Ensure project tasks and products follow the development process and quality guidelines while meeting both functional and contractual requirements.

Apply the Software/Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Requirements, Design, Code/Configure, Test (System, User Acceptance, Regression, Round Trip, Smoke), Change Management/Deployment, Warranty period, and Transition to Maintenance.

Work with peers from user area and contractor staff to coordinate, plan, assign, supervise, and evaluate the work of the project staff in a matrixed organization structure.

Manage deliverable content expectations, review processes, and acceptance criteria.

Ensure deliverables meet the agreed upon quality and content.

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and cost estimates and projections.

Ensure all team members understand the project standards and resolve challenges with the quality of any party's work products.

This is a remote position.

Services shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated through TWC.

Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed.

Position is eligible for telecommuting.

Vendor employees are prohibited from taking TWC issued equipment outside of the continental United States.

Any and all travel, per diem, parking, and/or living expenses shall be at the Worker’s expense.

Worker(s) may be required to work outside the normal business hours on weekends, evenings, and holidays, as requested.
- Payment for overtime work (required work hours exceeding the standard forty (40) hours per Business Week) will be at the quoted hourly rate and must be coordinated and pre-approved through TWC.
- Ideal candidates must have a secure, dedicated workspace with Internet service, ability to maintain a reliable consistent work schedule, and be available for weekly meetings and group collaboration via Microsoft Teams and other applications during regular business hours.
