Services:
Key responsibilities of this role include design, develop, test, and document ServiceNow flows, forms, reports, configurations and adaptations to accomplish goals of user request.  Evaluates user requests for new or modified workflows to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system. Consults with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.  Formulates plan-outlining steps required to implement request.
 
Worker must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within ServiceNow. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment; a certain degree of creativity is required.

Skills:
3 years - Enterprise software development experience
3 years - JavaScript, Angular
3 years - Implementing ServiceNow integrations (Rest API design, web services, database integrations)                                                                
3 years - Gathering, documenting and analyzing customer requirements for software development
5 years - Enterprise software development experience
5 years - JavaScript, Angular
5 years - Agile software development and SDLC
2 years - Experience with Workflow Editor and/or experience transitioning from Workflow Editor to Flow Designer
2 years - Experience with HR Case Management administration and configuration
2 years - Experience with design and implementation of Change and/or CMDB
1 years - Experience with ServiceNow delegated development
5 years - ServiceNow administration and configuration, including:
  • Incident Management
  • Request Management and Workflows (Flow Designer)
  • Change Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • CMDB
  • Service Portal
Certs:
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and/or ServiceNow Application Developer Certifications
